I've been ignoring proportions for a while now. I feel extremely guilty.
Some how I've seen the light. Some how the face's coloring style has this look I've been searching for. And then I didn't feel like seriously coloring the rest or adding the rain.
A storm's coming. The sky is gloomy... so I played Katamari and decided to draw/paint something bright. NEON. Muahahahah.
